What is a Home Inspection?

A home inspection is an objective, visual examination of the physical structure and systems of your home performed by a professional. An inspection takes approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete depending on the size and age of the home. You are encouraged to be present and follow the inspector during the inspection. Ask questions about the home, its condition, the repairs and required maintenance that may be necessary. We can view and talk about the issues, together, as they come up so that you receive the highest value from your home inspection. Your satisfaction is the highest priority. The home inspector will not make the buying decision for you. An inspector can provide you with the information you need to help make that decision wisely.

Why a Home Inspection?

  • For most people purchasing a home is the largest single investment ever made
  • Reduces your risk
  • Great way to learn about your new home and discover any undisclosed defects
  • Feel comfortable about your decision
  • Very helpful in setting up a maintenance plan-know what to budget for in the upcoming years
